Short Term Effects

Why do the drug, What do i get out of it?

Stimulant Drugs are very bad drugs that cause you to spike up or rather get you a buzz and make you over hyper. This will increase a persons well being or mood for this short period of time. Most people say that it gives you a short rush which makes them happy and helps them wake up so to speak. All of these rushes only last a few minutes however snorting or swallowing these drugs can give you less of a high for a longer duration. They also will cause your heart to beat faster, your blood pressure to raise, and cause metabolism to speed up. so even though it feels like you have a lot of energy it is doing it in a bad way for your body.

Cocaine is a stimulant drug that causes your bodies blood vessels to constrict as well. the veins get more narrow and constrict the blood flow making it easier for your blood to clot and easily raises the pressure. these are most of the short term effects and can really be a terrible way of getting your rush for the day. caffine is a stimulant however it is not considered an illegal drug and does not have as intense of effects.

The one thing that short term is proven to help the body with stimulant drugs is kids that are diagnosed with either ADD or ADHD. these diseases are attention dephicit disorders where the "H" in ADHD is hyperactive. Basically someone with this can not pay attention and sometimes will become hyperactive in the process. Some stimulant drugs like Adderal, Dexedrine spansule, and Ritalin LA or SR. these have been known to help kids or adults with this disorder.

These short term effects are very short and not worth it. people enjoy the feeling though and just cant stop. I would consider getting addicted a short term effect as well for the fact that the drugs are extremely addictive. this cause people who maybe just wanted to try it ONCE... hooked.  these drugs can change your appearance hugely and cause big problems so they really are not good to do.
